OUR SAFETY MEASURES
We know how much you’ve been missing the restaurant & we are thrilled to be back!
We have been busy behind the scenes in order to provide a safe environment for our guests and colleagues to dine and work in.
We already have a Five star for Food Hygiene Rating
but in order to provide a safer environment for our employees and guests in light of the ongoing pandemic, we are putting a number of extra safety measures in place:
SOCIAL DISTANCING & UPDATED TABLE SEATING
Social distancing measures are implemented across all areas within the restaurant. We have updated table arrangements to allow you to sit with your friends and family whilst ensuring a safe distance between other guests. This will vary on the capacity and layout of other bookings.
Bookings are staggered wherever possible to reduce guests crossing paths with each other going in or out of the restaurant and reduce buildup of crowds. Additional cleaning time may be added during busy periods.
HAND WASHING & HAND SANITIZING STATIONS
All employee and customer toilets are fully stocked with anti-bacterial hand soap and stringent hand washing guidelines trained out to all employees to supplement our current personal hygiene policy.
Hand sanitizer stations are provided throughout the restaurant for all guests and employees.
Guests are encouraged to use hand sanitizers when entering the premises.
An extra hand wash basin is available for all to use in the garden area of the restaurant.
Our already high cleaning standards will be enhanced by a further cleaning programme designed to clean and sanitise the high touch points within the restaurant.
Such as door handles, stair handrails, tables, chairs, payment terminals, condiment bottles, etc.
ONLINE RESERVATIONS & ONLINE DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Reservations available to book in advance on our website, available on iOS and Android. Confirmation emails can be used as proof of booking.
Food for take away; available to order for collection directly or delivery via our partners at UberEats & JustEat.
ONE WAY SYSTEM
Weather permitting; guests will be told to enter through the garden entrance and leave through the main entrance of the restaurant, in order to reduce interaction with other guests.
We accept contactless card payments up to a value of £45 and Apple Pay /Google Pay mobile payments. Payments in cash and cards are also accepted.
TRAINING & PPE
All employees receive specific COVID-19 training and PPE is provided to employees where the risk assessment has deemed it necessary, in line with government requirements.
Staff may wear where appropriate; clear face visor; a mask or; disposable gloves depending on their job duties.
SUPPORT FROM TEAM MEMBERS
Our trained staff will be on hand to offer assistance to customers. We remain committed to being “The Best Place To Eat Out”.
